Game will not launch at all

Question

So I have tried everything and still no luck:

  1.  I completely turned off my antivirus and firewall
  2. Changed the compatibility settings for "ClemLauncher" & "PSUC" to run as administrator
  3. Tried installing to desktop instead of program files
  4. Installed multiple versions of C++ redist
  5.  Installed latest .Net framework
  6. Installed the manual patch
  7.  Tried changing the resolution settings in the ClemLauncher options (My Monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080)
  8. Even did a full reset of my PC

After all that the game still wont launch. When I click play it will open a window then quickly close. Does the same thing when I run "PSUC"

I would really love to play, so help would be appreciated.

Here are some screenshots of my files and settings:

Same issue except I don't have all those files you do. Just the barebones, not sure where you got them. Regardless, launcher opens up but actually launching the game causes it to close after a few seconds.

Edit: Got it working!

Could you tell me how you got it working?

No dice.  Updated graphics card drivers using the automatic find/update via the Hardware Manager (and restarted), and also tried going right to Nvidia's website and doing it via download-and-install, and also restarted, and neither worked.  I get the quick flash of the game attempting to launch, but immediately closing again.  No idea why.
