No. All my other games work fine, even stuff like Ephinea, MU Online private servers etc.... PSU Clementine is the ONLY one that does this to. PC is only a year and a half old.

Ive tried all steps, nothing works. Ive asked in the clementine discord and nobody knows how to fix it there either :/

Yes. Something I noticed, because I installed it on my laptop, and it worked flawlessly(I do not want to play on that laptop) is that if i go into the LOG, and double click the file. The non working PC will say "CREATE DEVICE FAILED" But the working PC will say "CREATE DEVICE=HAL-HARD" or something along those lines.

So I've had this problem for a long time. I can't play this game ever since getitng a new PC. I've tried multiple resolutions and such, but everytime I hit "play" it just crashes. The window will open and then just immediately crash. LOG folder only says "Create device failed" For reference, I am running an I5-9400F, 1660TI, 16GB Ram.
