they are still seemingly buffed from event.. wiki states and i remember magashis should be able to burn and poison.. but they dont ..

had it range 100..decided to max striking..tech..armor..for fun...tech turned to level 1...range 99 now.. thought it woulve stopped..cant get back to range 100..suggestions?
