It's the in-game language set to english or japanese? I seem to recall that the english translation for PS4 PSO2 was already done...

Greetings, i've decided to give PSU a try and created a character, the problem is that i can't find the way to start the beginner's missions since the counter in the Guardians Colony HQ states "No Mission Available" and i've also tried to go to Parum but the only missions i get are lvl 10. What am i missing?
